In April, we collectively read 68 books! That makes our total for 2011 so far, 334 books!
There is still time to join the challenge, go to Historical Fiction Reading Challenge to sign up and then come back to leave your links each month. There is a new post for your links each month.
Please leave your links for your May reviews in Mr. Linky, below or, if you don't have a blog, in the comments below.
*Note: if you missed posting your links last month, please always post "late" links in the current month's Mr. Linky. For example, if you forgot to post a link in February, please post it on this Mr. Linky in this post.
I tried to post my last April review very early on May 1st, but I couldn't click the link. I've come back several times, but it's still not clickable. Should I just add it to the May linky?
ReplyDeleteI couldn't post anything on the April link, either, so I am afraid I am going to flood the May one. :)
ReplyDeleteInstead of Weir, I wrote Weird. lol My sincere apologies!
ReplyDeleteWe are making major reading progress! Wahoo! :oD
ReplyDeleteElizabeth I by Margaret George -- a grand novel by a noteworthy author. Highly recommended for historical fiction fans!
ReplyDeleteMichelle and Lieder, please just post them in May. Once a new month is posted with a new Mr. Linky, the old one won't work.
ReplyDeleteIrena, no problem.
ReplyDeleteRivka, we sure are!
Joanne, it is on my TBR.
Just posted my review of Virgin Widow by Anne O'Brien.
ReplyDeleteFortune's Wheel Rhoda Edwards.

I think we're going to beat April's total in May! Great books here!
ReplyDeleteI've participated in this challenge since January... but completely forgot to link up my posts! They're now on the linky list - Dawn, The Heretic's Daughter, and The Very Thought of You.
ReplyDeleteLooks like we have a pretty good list growing for May - looking forward to reading through the posts!
Take care & happy reading,
Ms. C

ReplyDeleteAt least one more for May.

ReplyDeleteAdded my review of K.M. Weiland's A Man Called Outlaw, a good Western.
ReplyDeletePosted my review of Jacqueline Winspear's The Mapping of Love and Death. (My 8th in the challenge.)
ReplyDeleteJust posted my review of Helen Hollick's The Forever Queen.
ReplyDeleteI forgot to put my blog name after my post!! I read The Lost Summer of Louisa May Alcott by Kelly O'Connor McNees and really enjoyed it!
ReplyDeleteUpdating my challenge. I think that I have added all my links.
ReplyDeleteI added my list of books read for May. I'm working on a TBR list for June but the library is being very slow in getting books to me.
ReplyDeleteI have just posted the link to my review of Caleb's Crossing. Seems like it was a popular one this month. I began the book in May even though I finished in June so it will just have to go here since the June link is not up yet. This is my 9th read in the challenge. I am on my way to my goal of 20 for the year. I am pretty excited about that.

ReplyDeleteI have a great interview with Lauren Belfer about her novel A Fierce Radiance on my blog. It's one my favorite historical fiction reads this year so far.
