Thursday Threads - Where are you reading?

Where in Historical Fiction are you reading?

I have just started the latest book in the Elm Creek Series written by Jennifer Chiaverini. I am only about 100 pages in and there is currently no mention of Elm Creek! We are the period of history in the USA of President Lincoln and the book is ultimately about the relationship between President Lincoln's wife and her dressmaker.

So far it is a great read.

Where are you reading?

    1. Oh, yes. A great read. It was this that I recall seeing on the TV when I was about 10 or so. I later bought the book and it was probably the thing that started me off questioning and wondering about my ancestry.
