It's our Blogiversary

Historical Tapestry turns 1 on 9 July! And to celebrate, we are giving away some more books and announcing some changes here!

Over the last year, we have enjoyed bringing you our thoughts on Historical Fiction, both old and new books, details on new releases and having some fun with covers, and that will continue.

The major change here is that we will have a new contributor! We really want to welcome Teddy Rose who blogs over at So Many Precious Books, So Little Time. Like most of us here, Teddy reads an interesting mix of genres including Historical Fiction, so we look forward to reading Teddy's posts!

Now, we did mention a giveaway, and thanks to Sourcebooks we have not one but three copies of Margaret Campbell Barnes newly rereleased Brief Gaudy Hour to three lucky readers. Just leave a comment on the post saying that you want to be in the draw before Sunday night and we will put your name in. There is a publisher imposed restriction that the prize must be posted to a North American address. Sorry to our international readers! We will do something later in the year that doesn't have this restriction in place!
