*****STICKY POST******
Here at Historical Tapestry we are very excited to be announcing that for the next month, we are going to be having a Season devoted to Georgette Heyer!
Unlike a Season from the Regency there won't be balls, picnics, rides down Rotten Row or afternoon visits but there will be some reviews that we have already posted reposted, some new reviews, a couple of book giveaways, some guest posts, and whatever else we can think of! Click here to read details of the two ways that you can win a new book.
We will have more details up of the giveaway shortly, but in the meantime, if you are interested in participating in the Season by contributing a post, then let us know either by leaving a comment (and we'll get in contact with you as long as there is an email address in your profile) or by email to historical_tapestry at hotmail dot com. Your guest post could be a review of a favourite Heyer novel, or a post about why you love to read Heyer...anything..as long as it is Heyer related!
We will also continue to bring you posts about other Historical Fiction novels we are reading, upcoming releases and anything else that captures out attention during this time as well, so be sure to visit, and visit often!
Count me in guys!

Same here! I would love to be part of the Season.:)
ReplyDeleteCount me in. I love Heyer. But it's been a long time since I read her. This brings back so many fond memories. And I'll blog this soon :)

The Season ends on June 17, so you still have a little time!
ReplyDeleteI came into my teens reading Georgette Heyer...I would love to review 'These Old Shades', the 1st I ever read. I re read it a couple of years ago when I was stuck in bed with pneumonia for weeks. Actually I re read most of her work then...
ReplyDeleteI have her final work..complete with the stop in mid sentence that her husband did his best to finish.
Marg knows how to find me.
